The Twelfth Issue of "the Dream" of the Rotary Club of Panaji Mid-Town (Vol X Issue XII) was released at the hands of Assistant Governor, dist 3170, 2007-08, at the installation ceremony of the new Board of Directors for 2008-09 at a function held at Hotel Mandovi on 6th July 2008. This is the final and whole edition of the Dream Volume X.
