The Dream was adjudged one of the top three club bulletins in the All India Rotary Club Bulletin competition for the Year 2007-08. The excerpts from the Jury's comments:
THE DREAM from RC Panaji Mid-Town, RI District 3170 secures a top slot in the contest by virtue of its exclusivity in presenting contents in an interesting manner. At no point of time your attention gets dwindled, for the packaging is neat and the writing is precise. Every issue attracts attention with a thoughtful cover. The President’s column and the editor’s note, both vie for the top slot and end up in a tie, as the undercurrents of meaning in their messages induce thought and action. The pages are well laid-out and the section called Rotary Query answers members’ doubts pertaining to Rotary. Recipes by Anns and contests for Annettes have made the bulletin stand out and all the features put together have made their dream of appealing to one and all come true.
