The Sixth Issue of "the Dream" of the Rotary Club of Panaji Mid-Town (Vol X Issue VI) was released at the hands of first lady Ann Lorraine D’Souza in the presence of the DG Rtn Bazil D’Souza, at the public function during the DG visit on 5th January 2008 at Hotel Mandovi.
