The First Issue of "the Dream" of the Rotary Club of Panaji Mid-Town (Vol X Issue I) was released at the hands of Asst Governor Rtn. Manoj Caculo at the weekly meeting of 7th August 2007 at Hotel Marriott.
The advertisement on the back cover page has been specially designed by me for the Club's education grants project.
